Golfing in Delaware
Go golfing at a first rate golf links style course at Back Creek Golf club in Middletown. It has been a private club since 2006. The Golf Club was opened in 1997 and is a championship course.
Near Back Creek golf club is the semi-private golf course, Frog Hollow. It is also located in Middletown. Frog Hollow Golf course has been open since 2000. Its design has been called outstanding.
Another semi-private golf course nearby is the Golf Academy of Delaware. Check out the par 3 course at Vince's Sport Center in Newark.
In Wilmington, golf at the hilly and well trapped Delcastle golf course, the Rocky Manor and the Ed Porky Oliver golf Course. The last course mention above is located within Wilmington's city's limits.. Delaware Park has the newer, more upscale White Clay Creek country Club. Check out the semi-private Three Little Bakers Country Club which has been named one of the top golf courses open to the public in the mid-Atlantic region by Golf Digest.
In Central Delaware, Dover Golf Center has a par 3 course. In Magnolia, tee off at the semi-private Jonathans Landing Golf Course with 27 holes of links.
Golf in beautiful southern Delaware at Baywood Greens in Long Neck near Rehoboth Beach. Check out the semi private Bayside course in Ocean View near Fenwick Island. The course is a Jack Nicklaus Signature Design.
Bear Trap Dunes, located in Bethany Beach, has 27 holes and views of the ocean. The Rockery in Milton is a 18 hole course.
Lewes beach has 3 courses. Heritage Inn and golf Club is a 9 hole course. Marsh Island golf Club is an 19 hole course. Midway Par 3 is a 18 hole course.
Seaford has the Woodland golf Park with a 14 hole course.
